Enjoy a relaxing bed and breakfast break in this Grade 2 listed Georgian Country House set in the heart of the South West Wales countryside, yet only 4 miles from the market town of Carmarthen.

The house, outbuildings and lodge were built in the first quarter of the 19th century by a member of the Waters family, a local banking family.

Set in 16 acres of grounds including an acre of landscaped gardens, a walled garden, tennis court and a large pond with its own family of moorhens and herons.

There is an acre of mature woodland with woodpeckers, owls and buzzards, and the occasional red kite.
